WHAT WE LOVE:

Certainly one of the most underrated and historic Swiss brands out there, Fortis was the very first watchmaker to use the automatic winding system and were the early pioneers of water-resistant wristwatches with the 1940 'Fortissimo'.

In 1961, Fortis handed the then-recently formed NASA the 'Spacematic', a purpose-built watch for an exciting new frontier - space travel. Since then, they have been synonymous with adventures in the dark heavens above, even being the official watch of choice for the ROSKOMOS space agency.

This 2000's rendition of the Spacematic features a Swiss automatic chronograph movement and a staggering 200M of water resistance.
