Shipping policy

We offer fully insured free worldwide shipping via FedEx Express. 

For shipments outside of New Zealand, please note that local duty and customs charges are not included - so please check and be aware of these additional costs before you complete your purchase. 

If there are any issues with the shipping of your item, please get in touch with us and we will work with Fedex to resolve. In the highly unlikely event that your purchase goes missing in transit, we will conduct a full investigation with Fedex before we can claim insurance.
