FIVE:45 has partnered with a few industry leading watchmakers who have had the necessary many years of experience working with all kinds of watches. We will make sure your watch gets the attention and care it deserves.

All preowned watch servicing carried out through FIVE:45 is undertaken using a non-profit business model similar to the model used by Tesla for their servicing. Only the cost of the service and shipping will be passed onto you, plus only a small administration fee to cover the time packaging and sending your watch.

We can also help by:

  • Changing and altering straps and bracelets 
  • Battery changing 
  • Polishing and cleaning your watch
  • Machine test the the accuracy of your watch (mechanical watches only) and de-magnetising

Returns Policy 

It’s simple. We don’t want you to have a watch that you don’t love. So, we will always give you three days to love or return your FIVE:45 wristwatch, no questions asked. Naturally, all returned wristwatches must be in the same condition as initially shipped for returns must be paid for by the buyers and buyers assume all risk. Once received, 90% of the original purchase price will be immediately refunded. To initiate a return, simply email admin@545.nz. If you place a deposit on a watch, either on or off site, please note that deposits are non-refundable.

FIVE:45 and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, FIVE:45 does not warranty that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by FIVE:45 itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. All items purchased from FIVE:45 are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
