Released to celebrate Seiko’s 145th anniversary, this special Presage Classic limited edition is restricted to just 2,500 pieces worldwide. The beautifully textured dial draws inspiration from shironeri, a traditional Japanese shade of pure white that symbolises purity and new beginnings. Its soft white tone is complemented by elegant blue accents inspired by Seiko Blue, the brand’s signature colour since the 1960s, creating a refined balance between tradition and innovation.
The dial features a captivating radial pattern that evokes the texture of raw silk yarn, adding remarkable depth and character. Measuring 36.0mm in diameter, the stainless steel case with super hard coating embraces soft, flowing curves that enhance both comfort and elegance. The dual curved sapphire crystal follows the contours of the dial, further accentuating its dimensional appearance, while the specially finished bezel provides a level of refinement unique to this anniversary edition.
Completing the design is a deep navy cow leather strap that beautifully complements the dial and blue accents. Crafted from leather supplied by Leather Working Group certified tanneries, it offers a premium texture and sophisticated appearance. Paired with a three fold clasp featuring push button release and 10 bar water resistance, this Presage is a graceful expression of Japanese craftsmanship and timeless design.
WHAT'S INSIDE:
Powering the watch is Seiko’s Caliber 6R51 automatic movement with manual winding capability. Featuring 24 jewels, a stop seconds function and an impressive power reserve of approximately 72 hours, it delivers dependable everyday performance with an accuracy rating of +25 to -15 seconds per day.
