As usual, Seiko saves some special models for their home market in Japan. This JDM Spirit series chronograph is such a great watch for the money, very comparable to the new Seiko Speedtimer series at more than double the price and quite a lot rarer.

Running this watch is the Seiko 8T63 Meca-quartz which holds a battery reserve of approximately 3-years.
