Anybody who has visited an outlet mall will familiar with the concept of the 'Sample' a working product that hasn't made it into full production. It's very common to see this with shoes and clothes but we see it a lot less with watches. This Seiko is a sample, it did not make it into full production and is therefore quite rare. The blue dial is lovely and the bangle style is superb.
