Originally designed in 1956 for scientists and engineers who work in environments with strong magnetic fields The Rolex Milgauss was built to withstand up to 1,000 gauss (hence the name "Milgauss"). 

With its stunning electric blue dial and orange lightning bolt seconds hand, this piece is a must-have for anyone wanting the perfect blend of prestige and practicality. 

One element that has remained unique to the Milgauss in the Rolex range is the 'Glace Verte' or Green Glass, which is a green-tinted Sapphire crystal that as the story goes, was so difficult to create that Rolex never patented it, encouraged by the idea that it would be too difficult to recreate.

Now discontinued, this model has always been a fan favourite.

WHAT’S INSIDE:

Driving the heart of this beautiful piece is a Rolex calibre 3131, which is a modified Rolex calibre 3130 with an added chronometer. This beautiful automatic movement has a power reserve of 48hrs with a frequency of 28800Hz.
