WHAT WE LOVE: 

This was a big surprise, here I was thinking I knew my way around the Rado Captain Cook range and little did I know that Rado made an MK3 variation of their ever-popular Captain Cook model. They have absolutely hit it out of the park with their most modern of all, forging this watch in hardened titanium instead of steel, which separates this from many others in the competition. They beef it up even more with a Sapphire crystal and a decently large dial.

WHAT’S INSIDE:

The movement at the heart of this watch is an incredibly interesting and uncommon three-times modified calibre. Running on an ETA calibre C07.621, this movement is a modified ETA calibre 2836-2 which in turn is a modified ETA calibre 2824-2.

All that tweaking and modifying paid off with an amazing 80-hour power reserve.
