WHAT WE LOVE:

These models are a knockout, the follow up to the Omega Speedmaster, a watch designed with motor racing in mind, the Flightmaster was designed to appeal to pilots, down to the engraved Douglas DC-8 engraved in the caseback. They are large and packed to the brim with features useful to pilots, a Chronograph of course, but also an internal rotating timing bezel and independently set hand for tracking another time zone.

The crucial thing with these models is the case finishing, the radial brushing of the case is very hard to replicate by any party other than Omega and many examples of these have seen overzealous polishing attempts. This model has been back with Omega and their restoration department in Switzerland to receive a service that has been sympathetic to the vintage stylings of the watch.
