WHAT WE LOVE:
Frédérique Constant introduced the Highlife in 1999 as the brand's first integrated-bracelet watch — a design that sat the bracelet and case in a continuous flowing line without the conventional lug-and-link interruption that most sport watches of the period carried. The current FC-303N4NH6B revives that original ambition with considerably more technical substance: the case and bracelet design has been refined over two decades into a form that sits on the wrist with genuine comfort, and the horns-free lug configuration — where the bracelet flows directly from the case band rather than through articulated horns — remains the watch's most distinctive visual and ergonomic feature.
The navy blue dial carries Frédérique Constant's globe decoration — a fine engraved or embossed world map pattern pressed into the dial surface that is visible at close range and in raking light, and entirely invisible in ordinary ambient conditions. It is the kind of detail that the dial's owner discovers rather than displays, which is exactly the right choice for a watch of this character. The convex sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both surfaces.
