Chronographe Suisse - 1950's 18K Rose Gold Chronograph

WHAT WE LOVE:

It is not terribly often we got to offer mid-century solid gold watches for this sort of price, it is largely due to the enigma that is 'Chronographe Suisse' who were a manufacturer in their own right, and a manufacturer for other brands under contract. Sold mainly in airport lounges in Switzerland, they were designed to be the ultimate souvenir.

This example wears well at 38MM and is decorated with a nice telemetre scale on the dial along with the symmetrical registers at 12 and 6.
