The Breitling Avenger Chronograph 45 V13317 is a bold and tactical take on the modern aviation chronograph. With a large presence and a stealthy matte finish, it’s a watch built for action — purpose-driven, over-engineered, and unapologetically muscular.

Crafted from Breitlight, Breitling’s proprietary carbon composite material, the case is 45mm in diameter but surprisingly lightweight and comfortable on the wrist. The matte black finish resists scratches, corrosion, and magnetic interference, making it a practical tool watch in even the harshest environments. Paired with a military-style black dial, it features large Arabic numerals, stencil-style markers, red chronograph accents, and excellent lume for low-light readability. A unidirectional ratcheted bezel and screw-down crown ensure the 300m water resistance is backed up by serious durability.

WHAT’S INSIDE:

Powering the watch is the Breitling Caliber 13, a COSC-certified automatic chronograph movement based on the Valjoux 7750. It features a 48-hour power reserve, 12-hour totaliser at 6 o'clock, 30-minute counter at 12, and small seconds at 9 — all operated by solid, responsive pushers. The date window at 3 o’clock balances the dial without distracting from legibility.
