Here we have a rather interesting vintage time capsule. Likely from the 1970s, this Randal appears to have been produced for a Pittsburgh jewellery store called Leon Epshtien & Co. While the shop is probably now long defunct, the timepiece, powered by a solid Swiss ETA movement, ticks on reliably.
