WHAT WE LOVE:
Such a pleasure to have this incredible watch here for you to see, try on and with luck, buy! Very few of these old subs show up in such wonderful unpolished condition. Beneath the plexi-crystal is the original "meters first" matte black & gilt dial and original matching hands.
The case is unpolished and has the original crown and case tube still fitted. A new genuine Rolex crystal and bezel have been fitted, however, the bezel insert and bracelet are both aftermarket as genuine replacements could not be obtained.
A complete service was completed in December 2023 and the watch is in superb running condition #6575/62878.
WHAT’S INSIDE:
Inside is the famous Rolex calibre 1530 automatic "Perpetual" movement, providing a power reserve of around 40 hours.
