TicTac is a name most recognised in this part of the world as being a nice little breath mint but in Japan, they are a well-established watch retailer. They marked their 35th anniversary with a series of special edition models with Seiko. This example is a great take on the Seiko Alpinist, stripped back to the bare essentials that very nicely positions the watch between the rugged tool watch in the Alpinist and the dressy presage line and is all the more uncommon than both.
