All pre-owned watches sold by FIVE:45 are covered by our in-house mechanical warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies strictly to mechanical or functional faults affecting the operation of the movement. It does not cover cosmetic wear, accidental damage, misuse, water damage, or general wear and tear.

In the unlikely event of an issue, the watch must be returned to us for inspection and assessment prior to any repair work being undertaken. We do not cover or reimburse costs associated with third-party repair quotes or services — including those from official brand service centres — unless expressly authorised by us in writing beforehand.

If your watch is covered by a valid manufacturer’s warranty, you are welcome to contact the brand directly to arrange assessment and service under their warranty terms.
