WHAT'S INSIDE:
At the core of the SSH151J is Seiko’s 5X83 GPS solar movement, engineered for unmatched precision and convenience. It delivers an outstanding accuracy of ±15 seconds per month without GPS signal reception and operates for approximately six months on a full charge, with a power save function that extends battery life to around two years. With 14 jewels and a chronograph capable of measuring up to 12 hours in 1/20-second increments, the movement is both high-performing and highly functional.
The 5X83 also includes a suite of advanced features, such as a perpetual calendar accurate to February 28, 2100, world time for 38 cities, dual-time and time transfer functions, GPS signal reception for automatic and manual time adjustments, and indicators for power reserve, day, reception status and satellite acquisition. An automatic hand alignment feature ensures everything stays perfectly in place, while in flight mode disables GPS reception when needed.
