FiveFortyFive is New Zealand's leading destination for new and pre-owned luxury timepieces. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences, building lasting relationships with watch enthusiasts, and showcasing some of the world's most sought-after brands.
About The Role:
This is a part-time role, three days per week (including Saturdays), offering a unique opportunity to combine retail sales, e-commerce operations, and digital marketing in a dynamic small-business environment.
As a key member of our team, you will play an important role in both the day-to-day operation of our showroom and the continued growth of our online presence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers in-store and building relationships with watch collectors and enthusiasts
- Selling new and pre-owned luxury watches
- Supporting the buying, trading and consignment process
- Creating engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social platforms, and managing and scheduling social media posts
- Processing online sales and customer enquiries
- Packaging and dispatching online orders
- Supporting general administrative and operational tasks
About You:
We are seeking someone who combines excellent customer service skills with strong digital and marketing capability.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong understanding of Canva and digital content design and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, confident and personable manner
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- An interest in luxury products, watches, jewellery or high-end retail would be advantageous
